Abstract

The purpose of the study was to establish the influence of board diversity on service delivery in
constitutional commissions in Kenya. The theory was hinged to Stewardship Theory. The study
adopted both descriptive research design, and used quantitative approach. The units of analysis
were constitutional commissions while the unit of observation was 80 board members and 10
Chief Executive Officers of the Constitutional Commissions the data was analyzed using
inferential statistics. Results revealed that board diversity had a positive and significant
relationship with service delivery in the constitutional commissions in Kenya
