GLOBAL ECONOMY AND SAUDI ARABIA

Abstract

In an era of globalization prevailing today, the economic situation of a country is appreciable 
/known with relation to the global economic situation only. In this paper researcher has made 
comparison between Saudi Arabia economy to Global economy and she focused on the Saudi 
economy in detail. The global economy recorded a growth of 3.8% in 2017 compared with 3.2 
percent in 2016.This growth is attributed to the growth of advanced economies as well as 
emerging market and developing economies compared to that of the preceding year. According 
to the IMF April World Economic Outlook (WEO), the global economic growth is projected to 
continue its rise to stand at 3.9% in 2018.
